I know you’re doing this challenge for your health and just personal happiness, but you should know you look so great in this “before” photo. Really no need for an “after,” but I support you in the quest for personal well-being, and not just trying to be on some diet or cleanse or whatever is annoying and trendy at the moment

I have a friend that always says that there’s always going to be an “ER” no matter what. Somebody that is prettiER, smartER, skinniER.

It’s hard not to get trapped in that cycle of not appreciating our bodies for the way they look right now. Funny how that goes. Having difficultly looking at my own picture is a self esteem issues. I can’t even be objective about it, though I am trying.

PS. @Tigermom, the total inches lost is based on subtracting my hip, thigh, waist measurements from the prior week and then adding those together. If that makes any sense.
