Sorry So Late

I used to make apologies for being lazy. Now I make apologies for being too busy.

I am finding that juggling blogging and consulting gigs to be challenging. I have to be super efficient, which means every part of the day is scheduled. This kind of rigidity is the opposite of how I want my life to be, but I am beginning to think that it’s a blessing in disguise. Nowadays, I have to make decisions on how to spend my time, instead of flitting about doing whatever I felt like doing “in the moment.” As a result, I am writing more efficiently and I don’t get sidetracked as much. This is a good thing because I get side tracked A LOT.

Here are the latest weight stats, with a couple of caveats:

    1. I didn’t measure myself. I can’t find where I put the tape measure and as you can imagine, using a Stanley retractable construction tape measure is not going to cut it.
    2. I weighed myself this evening, versus in the morning.
    3. Please excuse the bad outfit. That shirt makes me look like I am going diving.

I thought it would be fun to look back in time and compare photos. Here is the first (photographed) weigh in:

I dare say, my ass is getting smaller. Paige would be mortified.

      13. I think you look great in both photos, personally. Maybe it’s because I am much larger than you, but I think you are a gorgeous woman, and I would be ecstatic to have your body!

      15. I see a huge difference between the two pictures. Your shirt today gives you a nice profile and makes you look slim (not that you aren’t – just as opposed to the baggier shirt in the first photo!!). Great job. Seeing your progress is providing much needed motivation to see the same types of changes in myself!
Can you dedicate a post to your typical foods, routine, exercises… basically the formula that everyone craves to be “just like you”? I know each person is different, but sometimes it is nice to have some guidelines from those currently blazing the path ahead of you :) Not just from the 2% body fat trainers that I cannot imagine can remember what it is like to hold a “few extra pounds”.

      16. Can I add that you have a really cute butt? (not meaning to be fresh, but.. I noticed) I have a total pancake butt!
