As far as the weight loss journey goes, there will always be days you hate it. You just don’t want to get sweaty, you want to sit on the couch or go out with friends and just not care. But obviously, you do care. Care is a virtue.

Muscle burns more calories than fat. If you haven’t started a hardcore strengthening program, I suggest doing it. Your weight might go up at first, but your inches will immediately go down. The scale may not make you happy but your measurements will and THAT is what matters.

I can SO relate to this. OMG, life can really suck at times, with everything possible going offside. Maybe if we psychically meld over this black cloud that is covering us both, we can make it disperse, and together rule the world once again!! )

I’ve been lurking on your blog for a little over a year now and have never commented, but I have to tell you that I am totally feeling your Lemon Pain right now. “Easy peasy, lemon squeezey” is definitely not the mantra that coincides with how things are recently. I hope that things begin picking up for you soon, and you get that margarita.

Can I ask an off-topic question? I’m trying to figure out if you have to be a parent to enter the intel laptop giveaways. the rules on blogher don’t state that you have to, but the question is whether you have kids or not. i have nieces.
